Grant Process
Each year, all Katy ISD
educators directly involved in student instruction are invited to apply,
in teams or as individuals, for our Inspiring Imagination
classroom grants. Team grants are awarded for up to $5,000; team of two grants up to $2,500, individual
grants up to $1,000. Campus Collaborative grants for three campuses or more are awarded for up to $5,000 and Campus Collaborative grants for two campuses up to $2,500 .The number of grants awarded each year is the
direct result of ongoing community support and our other annual fundraising efforts.
Grants
are chosen using a three-step blind evaluation process with Foundation
board and committee members as reviewers. Campus and teacher names are
hidden on all applications, ensuring evaluation on merit alone.
