Each year, all Katy ISD
educators directly involved in student instruction are invited to apply,
in teams or as individuals, for our Inspiring Imagination
classroom grants. Team grants are awarded for up to $5,000; team of two grants up to $2,500, individual
grants up to $1,000.
New this Year - Campus Collaborative grant for three campuses or more are awarded for up to $5,000 and Campus Collaborative grant for two campuses up to $2,500 .The number of grants awarded each year is the
direct result of ongoing community support and our other annual fundraising efforts.
are chosen using a three-step blind evaluation process with Foundation
board and committee members as reviewers. Campus and teacher names are
hidden on all applications, ensuring evaluation on merit alone.

Grants are due in the Foundation office by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 21. Grants will be awarded in April and May and funded for the 2020-2021 school year.
Grant Writing Workshops:
All teachers eligible to apply for grants are encouraged to attend one of three workshops offered by our Grant Development Committee.

All participants should attend from 4:30 – 5:00 p.m., then choose the earlier or later training session based on their availability and campus schedule.
